Terms & conditions

Contract of means

We, the undersigned Big Sister, agree to take the necessary means and efforts to ensure the proper functioning of each babysitting service.

Big sister cannot be held responsible for any incident during the babysitting service.

Each babysitter, agrees to behave appropriately towards the children:

- Not to use physical or verbal abuse;

- Not to put the child in danger by preventing situations that may present a risk;

- Not to be on the cell phone unless I call the child's parents or Big Sister management;

- Provide appropriate games and activities during the childcare period;

- Putting the children to bed at the time indicated by the parents, in their pajamas, after supervising their teeth brushing, offering to go to the bathroom or changing them if necessary;

- Do not smoke or drink alcohol; - Do not use foul language;

- Respect the diet prescribed by the parents;

- Do not search or be intrusive in the premises;

- Respect the neighbors by not making too much noise (e.g., no loud television when the children are in bed).


Our Big Sisters also hereby undertake not to contact clients directly but, if they wish to use the Big Sister service again, to direct them to the website so that they can book their babysitting through this channel.


Specific mentions:


  • Cancellation of the babysitting service without charge is only possible if we receive notification within 24 hours before the start of the service.

  • Cancellation with a 50% deduction if the notification is received between 24 hours and 5 hours before the start of the babysitting service.

  • If you cancel less than 5 hours prior to the start of the service, Big Sister will withhold the full amount.

Wedding and Anniversary 

Payment Requirements:

  • A first payment of 50% of the total amount is required upon signing the quote.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid 48 hours before the beginning of the service.

Conditions of cancellation :

  • The cancellation of the service is only possible if we receive a notification 48h before the beginning of the service.

  • In the case of a cancellation between the 1st and the 2nd payment, we refund the 1st payment until 15 days before the date of the service. After 15 days, we will not be able to refund the amount of the first payment because Big Sister has already booked its staff and the services of our providers.

  • In the case of a cancellation after the 2nd payment, and less than 48 hours before the service, Big Sister will reimburse you the totality of the 2nd payment if the payment has already been made.  

  • If there is a delay of the 2nd payment beyond 48 hours, the service will be cancelled and a non-refund of the 1st payment.
