Our services

We offer families, traveling around Lisbon, in hotels or in rented houses or apartments, part-time and full-time childcare services, from 15€.

How many hours would you like our big sisters to take care of your child?
What is the desired language for your children?
Do you need a particular service, special infant, young children, between 1 and 3 years old, or special help in terms of support?
Our big sisters present an experience specific to different age groups, from 0 years old to 12 years old.

Our babysitters are certified:

Signature and compliance with our Big Sister behavioral charter.
Holders of a pediatric first aid training.
Blank criminal register.

Note that the transport costs amount to 10€ only for the outward and return journey of our Big Sister, and will be paid to her directly. This mode of transport costs must be made at each Big Sister baby sitting service regardless of the region around Lisbon where you live.

For hotel and rental house hourly rates, only one Big Sister is required for every 3 children.

NB: Cancellation of the free babysitting service is only possible if we receive a notification within 24 hours before the start of the service.

NB: Cancellation with a €15 fee if notified within 24 to 5 hours before the start of the babysitting service.

NB: Less than 5 hours from the scheduled time for the babysitting service, the full amount will be retained by Big Sister.
